British Columbia's communities pride themselves on being active all year round, but in the summer they really shine. With just about every kind of community festival, recreational activity and sport imaginable available, there's always a fun way to get active!

Many communities will be kicking things off by taking part in the annual Move for Health Day (May 10) with a variety of activities. BC is certainly on the road to becoming the healthiest province ever to host an Olympic and Paralympic Games!
